Due to our summer break, our orders will be despatched on Monday 24th August 2020.

Orders take 1-3 days to process and ship. Once your order has been despatched, an e-mail will be sent to the address you provided with the tracking number for your package. Your purchase will be sent by Elta Courier from Athens.
Orders are shipped from Monday-Friday. Please note these times are estimates and may differ during busy periods. Deliveries are made from Monday - Friday.
Shipping costs are as follows:
We offer free delivery to Greece. Deliveries within mainland Greece usually arrive within 1-2 working days of despatch. On the islands, it can take up to 5 days for delivery.
We ship to the following countries- Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Gibraltar, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, UK.
Shipping to Europe can take 3-5 working days and is costed at a flat rate of €16.
Rest Of The World
These orders can take up to 5-7 working days to ship from date of despatch and are costed at a flat rate of €28.
If your delivery address is outside Greece, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Samantha Sotos cannot be held responsible for these charges. We understand that you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable. If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from our online store, please return the goods within 14 days to:

Items will be refunded providing that you do not use the item; it is in the same condition and full packaging as when you first bought it, and that you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit.
Unfortunately, shipping costs and/or import duties are non-refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. In the event of the goods being faulty however, we would advise customers to contact us on +30 210 3242517 or at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will arrange for a collection of these products.
Please send the parcel via a signed for service, please keep receipt for proof of postage. Please check carefully before returning any item.
Please note that we don't offer exchanges. If you would like to receive another item your return will be refunded and we kindly ask that a new order is placed online for the new item.
Any returned item that is received by us more than 14 days after the date of purchase will be not be accepted.
